Is buyer's remorse grounds for a refund?
No, remorse is not an allowed reason for a buyer to dispute a transaction.
Sometimes a buyer will order something, and later feel the purchase was a mistake. For example, sometimes a buyer will come to feel the purchase wasn’t a smart financial decision. That is generally called “buyer’s remorse”.
Buyer’s remorse is not grounds for a refund. While a seller can give a refund voluntarily, the seller is not obligated to. The seller is only obligated to give a refund if the evidence shows the seller failed to deliver what was promised.
If a buyer disputes a transaction, and GunTab learns the dispute is due to buyer’s remorse, GunTab may suspend the buyer for abuse.
