Is there a maximum cap on the service fee?

Yes, the service fee is limited to $390 per transaction for ordinary users, and $350 per transaction if either party is a verified FFL. We feel this cap helps us stay aligned with the value we are providing to our users.

This cap is calculated as 2.9% of $10k for ordinary users, and 2.5% of $10k for a verified FFL, plus a wire transfer surcharge of $100.

Please note that purchase prices over $10k must be paid by wire transfer.
