What happens if the seller does not ship within 3 days?

Sellers should ship within 3 days of receiving shipping instructions from GunTab. After that, the buyer is allowed to request cancellation of the transaction.

If a buyer decides they don’t want to continue waiting for seller to ship, they should inform GunTab. In that case, GunTab will contact the seller to confirm the merchandise has not already been shipped. GunTab will not refund the buyer without first confirming non-shipment with the seller. That’s to protect the seller even if they forgot to “mark as shipped”.

If a seller decides they don’t want to ship, they should click the cancel button in GunTab. That will terminate the transaction and the buyer will be refunded.
