What happens if the shipment is lost or damaged?
It is the seller’s responsibility to ensure that a shipment is delivered. In other words, it is the seller’s responsibility to purchase shipping insurance. If the buyer (or the buyer’s gun dealer) reports that a shipment has been lost or damaged, and GunTab confirms, GunTab will refund the buyer’s payment. In this case, the seller should submit an insurance claim to the carrier.
