What happens if the shipment is not delivered?
It is the seller’s responsibility to ensure that a shipment is delivered. In other words, it is the seller’s responsibility to purchase shipping insurance. If the buyer (or the buyer’s gun dealer) reports that a shipment has not been delivered, and GunTab confirms there is no evidence of delivery, GunTab will refund the buyer’s payment. In this case, the seller should submit an insurance claim to the carrier.
