What if the buyer wants to return merchandise without disputing?
GunTab does not facilitate voluntary returns. GunTab only facilitates non-voluntary returns, which we call “disputes”. A buyer can file a dispute when merchandise is not delivered or is “significantly not as described.” If a buyer wants to return merchandise to the seller for any other reason, GunTab considers that a separate transaction. In that case, the buyer may use GunTab to send a payment request to the seller.
