Refund Policy
GunTab has a strictly limited refund policy.
Refunds to Sellers
Sellers pay for GunTab's service fee and convenience fee, as documented on our pricing page. GunTab is not obligated to refund its fees under any circumstance. GunTab may refund a fee, in whole or in part, solely at its own discretion.
Refunds to Buyers
Buyers pay for merchandise, sales tax, marketplace fees, and other amounts as applicable. A buyer may receive a refund in two ways:
- Seller-initiated refund. A seller may direct GunTab to refund a buyer at any time, for any reason, at the seller's sole discretion.
- Pre-authorized refund. Every seller on GunTab pre-authorizes GunTab to refund a buyer under certain circumstances specified in the Seller Agreement, including when the seller fails to ship within the required timeframe, when a required background check cannot be completed and the merchandise is returned, when a dispute is filed during the Inspection Period and supported by the evidence, or when GunTab determines the transaction violates applicable law. GunTab evaluates these situations based on evidence from both parties and relevant third-party sources.
GunTab does not otherwise have discretion to refund buyer payments. All refunds to buyers are issued from funds held on the seller's behalf or, if funds have already been settled, by debiting the seller's designated account pursuant to the Seller Agreement.
