Can buyers pay the service fee?

Yes, buyers can pay the service fee. By default, sellers pay the service fee, because it is customary for merchants to pay for transaction processing. However, buyers can choose to pay it:

  • Case-by-case: When sending a payment request from your GunTab account: On the page where you enter the merchandise and shipping prices, you’ll see “GunTab service fee paid by.” Click the arrow under this field and select Buyer (the default selection is Seller).
  • Generally: On your “Account” page in GunTab, click “Transaction preferences”. Then for “Service fee paid by”, select “Buyer”.
