Respond to payment request

Any buyer can pay any seller by credit card or bank account. GunTab is escrow, so we hold the buyer's payment until after the seller delivers the merchandise.

The buyer gets a 3-day inspection period that starts on delivery. When the buyer accepts, or when the inspection period expires, GunTab disburses the funds to the seller.

Federal law imposes age restrictions on transactions involving firearms, receivers and ammunition. GunTab provides this guidance with the warning that it may be incomplete or out of date. It is your responsibility to know and follow laws and policies that apply in your jurisdiction.

• Shotguns and rifles, and their receivers and ammunition, may be sold only to individuals 18 years of age or older.
• All firearms other than shotguns and rifles, and their receivers and ammunition, may be sold only to individuals 21 years of age or older. (This includes handguns, short-barreled shotguns and rifles, silencers/suppressors, etc.)

Note: If a State law or local ordinance establishes a higher minimum age, that applies instead.

It is "unlawful for certain categories of persons to ship, transport, receive, or possess firearms or ammunition, to include any person:"

• convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year;
• who is a fugitive from justice;
• who is an unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance (as defined in section 102 of the Controlled Substances Act, codified at 21 U.S.C. § 802);
• who has been adjudicated as a mental defective or has been committed to any mental institution;
• who is an illegal alien;
• who has been discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions;
• who has renounced his or her United States citizenship;
• who is subject to a court order restraining the person from harassing, stalking, or threatening an intimate partner or child of the intimate partner;
• who has been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence;
• who is under indictment for a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year;
• who is prohibited from shipping, transporting, receiving, or possessing firearms or ammunition.
